Welcome to Sauce Supply Co. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and products, including any purchases made through [saucesupplyco.com] (the “Site”), operated by Sauce Supply Company ("we," "us," "our").

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our [Privacy Policy]. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Site.

1. Eligibility

By using this Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally allowed to purchase cannabinoid products in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly sell or market to anyone under 18.

2. Products & Disclaimers

All products sold by Sauce Supply Co are intended for adult use only and are not evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Use our products responsibly and consult with a healthcare provider before use if you have any medical conditions or are taking medications.

You agree to use our products in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws applicable to you.

3. Purchases & Payment

We accept all major credit cards for payment. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. By completing a purchase, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and account information.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, limit quantities, and restrict sales at our sole discretion.

4. Subscriptions & Recurring Billing

We offer monthly subscription options on select products. By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until canceled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your customer account. No refunds are issued for subscription orders that have already processed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship only within the United States, including APO/FPO addresses, Hawaii, and Alaska. We offer free USPS Priority Mail shipping on all orders.

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience but are not guaranteed. Sauce Supply Co is not responsible for shipping delays outside of our control.

6. Returns, Refunds & Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee for first-time purchases of one product. If you're not 100% satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

Products must be new, unopened, and unused, unless qualifying under the Satisfaction Guarantee.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Email support@saucesupplyco.com with your name and order number to begin a return.

For damaged or incorrect products, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll replace or exchange the item at no cost to you.

7. User Accounts

To make purchases or manage subscriptions, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Privacy Policy
