Will your products get me high?
Nope. Sauce products are made with broad-spectrum hemp cannabinoids and contain no THC (non-detectable, 0.0%), as shown in our lab testing. Just the good stuff your body needs to recover.
Are your products tested for quality?
Always. Every batch is third-party tested for purity, potency, and consistency. We post test results when available, and we never put anything out there that we wouldn’t use ourselves.
How do I use the tinctures?
Take The Drop or Hard Reset sublingually (under your tongue) and hold for 30–40 seconds before swallowing. Start low, listen to your body, and adjust as needed.
How often should I use Sauce?
Daily for The Drop. As needed for topicals. Hardcore sessions call for Hard Reset. Think of it like your recovery gear. Use it when your body needs backup.
How do I store my products?
Keep your Sauce products in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight or extreme temps. For tinctures, screw the cap on tight and store upright.
What’s the shelf life?
Most products stay fresh for 12–18 months when stored properly. But let’s be honest — you’ll probably use it all way before that.
Can I use Sauce with other recovery products or supplements?
Absolutely. Our products are designed to stack with your existing routine, whether that’s hydration, nutrition, or other recovery tools. Always check with your doctor if you’re unsure.
Is Sauce legal in all 50 states?
Yup. Our products are made with hemp-derived cannabinoids and contain 0.0% non-detectable THC — making them federally legal and shippable to all 50 states.
Is this safe for athletes who get tested?
Sauce products contain no detectable THC, but we recommend consulting your sport’s regulations or your medical provider before use, especially if you’re in a THC-restricted program.
Can I use Sauce if I’m pregnant or nursing?
We recommend speaking with your doctor first. As a rule, cannabinoid products should be used with caution during pregnancy or nursing.

Where do you ship from?
All orders ship out of our warehouse in Florida.
How long does it take to ship my order?
We process orders within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day.
How do I track my order?
You’ll get a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number as soon as your order ships. Plug it into USPS Tracking to stay updated.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet, but we’re working on it. U.S. only for now (including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses).
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel, email us ASAP at support@saucesupplyco.com. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll try to catch it. If it’s already out the door, you’ll need to go through the return process.
What’s your return policy?
We’ve got a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If Sauce doesn’t work for you, reach out to support@saucesupplyco.com with your order number and we’ll help you out. First-time purchases only. Product must be returned new, unused, and within 30 days of delivery.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Email us immediately. If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll update it. If it has, you’ll need to contact USPS to re-route it.
